Capacitive Discharge Magnetizers - Magnetic Instrumentation Inc.

The Model 7500/900 Series Magnetizers are high energy (6,000 - 24,000 Joules), medium voltage (850 VDC) magnetizers. The Model 7500/900 Series Magnetizers are available in either standard 19" electronic enclosure (laboratory) or NEMA 12 rated industrial enclosures. These magnetizers are ideally suited for magnetizing rare earth magnets and/or magnet assemblies as well as large volumes of Alnico and Ferrite magnet assemblies where long, high energy pulses are required.
	The Model 8500 Series Magnetizers are high energy (2,400 - 110,000 Joules), high voltage (2,000 VDC) heavy duty, industrial magnetizers. The Model 8500 Series Magnetizers are suitable for magnetizing all magnet materials available today. Multi-pole magnetizing of high energy Samarium Cobalt and Neodymium magnets and magnet assemblies is achievable with this high energy, high voltage magnetizer.
The Model 1500A is a low energy (225 Joules), medium voltage magnetizer. It can be utilized to magnetize Alnico and Barium Ferrite magnets and assemblies. Solid copper and iron, and solenoid fixtures can be provided for a wide variety of applications.
	The Model 7515A is a medium energy (380 - 2800 Joules) low voltage, capacitive discharge magnetizer. A modern, solid state electronic control circuit, coupled with a heavy duty SCR discharge circuit make this unit a highly reliable, low maintenance magnetizer.
The Model 942B is a high-voltage magnetizer capable of saturating large volumes of Alnico, Barium Ferrite and Rare Earth materials. The Model 942B is easily adapted to a wide range of production and laboratory magnetizing requirements.
	The Model 942A is a medium energy (225 - 3600 Joules) high voltage (3000 VDC) magnetizer. Wire wound solenoid fixtures and optional charging transformers are available to enhance the flexible of this unit.
The Model 440 Magnetizer is a medium energy (440 Joules), low voltage, capacitor discharge type magnetizer capable of saturating Alnico and Barium Ferrite magnetic materials. The Model 440 is easily adapted to a wide range of production and laboratory magnetizing requirements. A modern solid state electronic control circuit, coupled with rugged, heavy duty discharge SCR and fixture, make this magnetizer a highly reliable-low maintenance unit.
	The Model 2470-700R is a medium energy (880 Joules), low voltage (700 vdc), capacitor discharge type magnetizer capable of saturating Alnico and Barium Ferrite magnetic materials. The Model 2470-700R is easily adapted to a wide range of production and laboratory magnetizing requirements. A seven position voltage adjust provides adjustment from 180 to 700 volts maximum.
The Model 757 Magnetizer is a high energy, low voltage, capacitor discharge type magnetizer capable of saturating Alnico, Ceramic, (Ferrite) and Rare Earth magnet materials. Available in 5 energy levels from 2,200 to 11,000 watt-seconds (Joules), the Model 757 is easily adapted to virtually any production or laboratory magnetizing requirement.
